Real Clubs.
Real Outcomes.
Every club faces challenges. Mursetter works alongside organisations to create practical solutions that reduce pressure and improve sustainability
The Treasurer's chair sat empty, and no one was putting their hand up. So Mursetter stepped in.
CHALLENGE
The club needed a Treasurer but couldn't find a volunteer to take it on. Like many grassroots clubs, capacity was stretched, and the financial and admin load was falling on too few people.
APPROACH
Mursetter took on the club's finances - moving the accounts to Xero, engaging a new accountant, and putting clear monthly reporting and budgets in place - then grew into funding applications, governance, and day-to-day operational support.
OUTCOME
Reliable financial leadership since 2025, modern systems in place, a $60,000 accessibility project supported, and multiple successful grant applications - with significantly less pressure on volunteers.
FC Twenty 11 Football Club
The club worked incredibly hard on limited resources. A clear funding strategy changed what was possible.
CHALLENGE
FC Twenty 11 had a strong volunteer base and a clear vision, but like many grassroots clubs, funding was a constant challenge - around $50,000–$60,000 a year, most of it covering immediate costs rather than long-term growth.
APPROACH
Over three years, Mursetter helped the club move from chasing grants as they arose to a clear, planned funding programme - identifying opportunities, preparing strong applications and budgets, managing accountability, and building relationships with funders.
OUTCOME
More than $500,000 secured in external funding over five years - invested in coaching, equipment, facilities, player development and community participation, putting the club in a far stronger position than it was five years ago.
Burnside Park Tennis Club
There was plenty happening at the club. The challenge was making sure members heard about it.
CHALLENGE
Like many volunteer-run clubs, Burnside Park had plenty going on, but communication was scattered across channels, relied on volunteers finding the time to post, and wasn't always reaching the right people at the right time.
APPROACH
Mursetter brought it all together into a consistent, coordinated approach - a monthly newsletter, managed social media, an up-to-date website, and clear member notices for everything from court closures to AGMs.
OUTCOME
Members are better informed and more connected, volunteer time is freed up, and the club's story - from championships to its centenary - is being told and celebrated.
